Veteran Payment Systems will cover 1 order of 500 cards per calendar year 

*If additional business cards are needed we will deduct $42.00 for every 500 ordered off the following residual check. (AR Balance)

*Review all info submitted in form below, if any information is wrong and cards need to be re ordered, the sales agent is responsible for the cost of the re-order
